The error that throws me is 3F4B 4099 1801 0300 c800 0036 with CD update The error that throws me with the USB is similar ending in C800 0036 The version of my Dashboard is 2.0.16203.0 How could I solve my problem? He tried many things but could not see anything. LT+3.0 shouldn't cause a problem updating from any dashboard post-13599, so you should be able to go from 16203 to 16537 (which is what Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed Rogue both have on the disc) or even straight to 17526 (which is the latest and I assume what you have on USB). Olympus camedia master 4.2 download. First I would try updating straight to the latest dashboard - so put 17526 on a USB stick, insert it into the console, and then hold down the Sync button before you press the power button to turn the 360 on and keep the Sync button held down while it boots up.
This will clear the cache and should remove any files from previous failed updates, which might allow it to update. If that doesn't work then I would look at the drive's firmware - it's possible that it's not on LT+3.0 and is actually on an older CFW that is causing problems, or it could be spoofed. Do you know what type of drive you have and whether it was ever replaced? Did you flash it yourself or did someone else do it for you? If you can, remove the drive and dump the firmware to check it. If it's not on LT+3.0, you could update it.
If it is, you could try flashing it back to stock firmware and see if it let's you update with that, then flash it back to LT+3.0.
